Since we set up EL ZALANDRO our greatest concern has been to produce cooked pork products of the very highest quality, reviving recipes from years gone by with completely natural and traditional production methods.

With this aim in mind, we have concentrated our efforts on selecting the best raw materials. We do without additives (preservatives, colourings, antioxidants, flavour enhancers, etc.) in our products, which are gluten- and lactose-free. We add the best natural preservative known to our ancestors:
