PRODUCTION/STORAGE: the entire production process is a work of craftsmanship. Once the pork loin has been cut into chunks, it is left to marinate and then fried in extra virgin olive oil. The packaged product is completely sterilised and can be kept at room temperature.
We recommended eating it cold but it can be gently heated and sprinkled with its own oil.
