Ingredients: pork loin, pine nuts, bread, whole egg, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, Montilla-Moriles fine wine and sea salt. The sauce is made from Marcona almonds, whole tomato and garlic with oil and wine.

Production/storage: once the pork loin and all of the ingredients have been minced, the stuffing is shaped into balls and gently fried in olive oil. Once the balls are ready, they are added to the sauce and cooked.
This stuffing is ready to eat after heating in a microwave for 1 or 2 minutes. It can also be eaten cold.
